Finance Administrator

Job descriptions

• Handle Accounts Payable functions; keep track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
• Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Pay employees’ claims by verifying expense reports and preparing payments.
• Pay vendors by scheduling payments, ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit in due date, generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance.
• Responsible for initiating weekly payment runs, analyses of accounts.
• Accurately record financial transactions in the ledger for the legal entities in the APAC region.
• Assist for the timely and accurate submission of periodic tax returns in close coordination with local tax advisors where necessary.
• Contribute to development and implementation of regional and global accounting policies with continued improvement to payment process.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Head of Finance

Job requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent, with minimum 3 years in experience.
• Able to attend to details, be organized, be meticulous with data entry skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, accounting software, Twinfield experience will be a plus
• Good administrative and coordination skills
• Disciplined with time management abilities, accountable to deadlines.
• Must be a team player, with strong integrity.
