Finance and Accounting Manager

Job Description:

As the Accounting and Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting and finance operations within the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, financial planning, and performing cost analysis (costing) to support the optimization of financial management. You will work closely with management to ensure the financial health of the company and maintain effective cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the accounting and finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) for internal and external purposes.
• Manage cash flow and cash management, including planning and controlling the company’s budget.
• Conduct in-depth cost analysis (costing), including cost allocation, cost of goods sold (COGS), margin analysis, and cost-efficiency strategies.
• Prepare and monitor the annual budget, ensuring that company expenses remain within approved limits.
• Develop accounting policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Oversee tax management and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors for the annual audit and provide required documentation in a timely manner.
• Provide recommendations to senior management on financial strategies, cost improvements, and optimizing the use of company funds.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, as well as the management of fixed assets.
• Evaluate and analyze the company’s financial performance to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of costing, including cost allocation, COGS, and margin analysis.
• Proven experience in preparing financial reports, managing budgets, and performing financial analysis to assess company performance.
• In-depth knowledge of tax regulations and accounting standards (IFRS, PSAK, etc.).
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Willing to be assigned in Bantas, Tabanan.
