Finance Manager

Job Requirements :

• Prepare budget and revenue forecast for the company.
• Provide financial analysis to support project and executive decisions.
• Develop financial models for project-based revenue and costs.
• Prepare timely, accurate financial statements and ensure compliance.
• Oversee audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers on budgets, costs, and resource allocation.
• Implement cost-control measures for project profitability.
• Manage cash flow, accounts receivable, and billing.
• Support strategic initiatives, including pricing, new offerings, and expansion.
• Coordinate with tech and HR on software and personnel costs.

Job Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years experience, ideally in IT consulting or any services business.
• Expertise in financial modeling, project accounting, and contracts.
• Familiarity with IT industry practices (software/SaaS model is a plus).
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of tax regulations in Indonesia.
• Understands software export and import.
• Placement : Bandung/Jakarta.
