Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily financial operations, including cash flow management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with Indonesian financial regulations and company policies.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and streamline financial processes.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and internal controls.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making by senior management.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional development and performance excellence.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the company's financial practices remain compliant and competitive.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Finance Manager.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, preferable Accurate.
  • Strong understanding financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
