As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a dedicated Finance Staff who can support daily financial operations, ensure data accuracy, and maintain smooth financial processes. Job Description

• Process daily financial transactions, including payments, receipts, and reimbursements.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Monitor and reconcile petty cash, bank accounts, and daily cash flow.
• Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting, and audit preparation.
• Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and financial regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors regarding billing and payments.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial documents.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles is preferred.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software (ERP is a plus).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Honest, responsible, and able to work with confidentiality.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Willing to work on Saturdays (half day).
