Finance Supervisor

Job description
• Monitoring all incoming and outgoing funds, ontime payments according to payment schedule
• Maintain cash allocation for trade and non trade payment
• Ensure Financial transactions are authorized, recorded, filed with adequate supporting documents.
• Organize to archive supporting document of all transactions in good manner.
• Review monthly closing.
• Doing monthly report needed by Management
• Doing forecast and Budgeting.
• Monitor AR and AP.
• Other work assign from Manager.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
2. Minimum 2 years of experience Finance division as Finance Supervisor
3. Have experience managing Account Payable and Account Receivable
4. Good knowledge in Financial and reporting.
5. Master and have used Accounting software (Accurate is preferred)
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Strong Analytical Thinking, Leadership Skill, Detail Orientation, and Good Communication Skill.
8. This position will be placed in Bekasi
