We are currently seeking talented, business-savvy professionals to join Financial Analyst Ops Fin based in Surabaya. This position will present you with outstanding professional challenges, diverse learning opportunities and career growth.

YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’

• Ensure timely and accurate financial transactions reflected in SAP in line with month-end closing schedule
• Responsible for performing tasks within the Cost Accounting, as well as involvement in the month end closing process and some other specific accounting activities related to the Cost Accounting.
• Collaborate and provide financial advisory to related business partners
• Seek improvement opportunities in Finance processes

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Min. bachelor's degree majoring in Finance/Accounting will be a plus point - open for fresh graduates
• Has 1-2 years' experience in inventory and costing
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written) is a must
• Knowledgeable in accounting treatment and financial statement analysis
• Ideally with good command of SAP, ERP, and Microsoft Tools, especially Ms. Excel
• A strong analytical mindset, ambitious to constantly expand knowledge, challenge the status quo and enhance processes
• A strong communicator who’s not afraid to reach out to stakeholders cross-functionally
• Agility is really important to embrace the change in the organization as well as the job rotation
• Willing to be located in Surabaya
