About the challenges
As a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in driving our company's financial success. You'll get to assist in setting up and monitoring our annual budget, forecast future financials, and ensure we stay on track to meet our goals. It's a challenging but rewarding role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
What Your Day To Day Would Look Like
- Budget Development and Management: Assist in the creation and implementation of the company's annual budget, ensuring accurate forecasting and monitoring of financial performance.
- Financial Forecasting: Utilize market research, cross-functional collaboration, and data analysis to develop accurate financial projections and models.
- Financial Performance Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and key performance indicators.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, accounting, and tax teams to ensure alignment and compliance with accounting standards.
Is this you?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Have 2-4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance, or Management. Experience in the automotive, FMCG, or distribution industries is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in accounting principles (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), financial planning, and financial analysis.
- Experience as a Finance Business Partner is a plus.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, ERP systems, and any analytical tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia (native) and English (advanced to native) for both verbal and written communication.
- A curious and skeptical mindset with well-supported opinions.
- A hands-on approach with a commitment to team growth and improvement.
- A strong work ethic that earns respect from colleagues
- Willingness to work full-time in an office setting at our headquarters in Dukuh Atas, Jakarta, and ability to start immediately.
