As a Fit Out Manager (Tenant Design) - Shopping Mall, you will be at the heart of our mall operations—managing tenant renovation and construction projects, upholding safety and design standards, and contributing to an exceptional shopping experience for our visitors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing fit-out or construction projects.
• Strong coordination skills with tenants, contractors, and consultants.
• Knowledge of building regulations, mall operations, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Oversee tenant fit-out projects from planning to handover.
• Review and approve layout and technical drawings.
• Ensure fit-out work complies with mall standards and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to meet deadlines.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress reports regularly.
