Fitment Technician (Samarinda)

Responsibilities :

• Meet with customers to install GPS units and electronic devices/accessories on their vehicle.
• Perform maintenance and repairs if a problem arises with the unit installed on the customer's vehicle.
• Complete projects on time and according to the established timeline.
• Identify and leverage opportunities to upsell additional Cartrack services and software applications that match the customer's needs

• Graduated from a vocational school with a major in automotive/electronic engineering.
• Understand vehicle electricity and have experience installing electronic devices/vehicle accessories.
• Experience with GPS installation is preferred.
• Have a private vehicle and a driver's license (SIM).
• Willing to take business trips outside of the city and the island.
• Willing to work extra and/or on national holidays for a particular period of time.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to upsell products that match the customer's need.
