As a Graduate Trainee in the Sales Team, you will play a pivotal role in achieving company sales targets, identifying new market opportunities, and expanding the customer network. This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates to develop leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in sales and team management. We are looking for dynamic, Mandarin-speaking candidates who are eager to grow and succeed in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Implement innovative marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, analyze sales performance, and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve broader company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Continuously adapt to market changes, adjusting strategies to meet evolving needs.

Qualifications:

  • Willing to work in any location across Indonesia.
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a result-oriented approach.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the potential to manage a sales team.
  • Quick learner, adaptable to market changes, and eager to develop new skills.
  • Willing to relocate as required by the company.
  • Proactive, self-disciplined, and highly motivated.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
