Food Service Business Development Specialist

About The Role

This role focuses on driving growth in the Food Service segment through strategic business development, data-driven insights, and strong collaboration across functions. You will identify opportunities, optimize performance, and ensure continuous improvement to achieve commercial success.

Professional Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a high bias for action
• Solid business acumen and organizational awareness
• Ability to build and maintain strong networks and relationships
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to identify growth opportunities
• Proficiency in leveraging data-driven insights for decision-making and strategy development
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow Food Service business across national, regional, and area levels
• Maintain and update weekly Hit List Priority Customers and monitor progress
• Track and analyze weekly sales performance using data-driven insights to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
• Collaborate with Regional Managers, Marketing, and Trade Marketing teams to provide insights and analysis on promotional activities
• Monitor competitor activities and share commercial insights with Regional Managers and technical insights with Corporate Chef
• Share best practices across the Food Service team to ensure product quality, technical excellence, and customer benefits
• Diagnose performance gaps and define corrective actions to drive continuous improvement
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Food Service
