Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a team leader or supervisor in workshop/automotive operations
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair procedures, and diagnostic tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to be placed in operational areas and work under pressure with high discipline
- Supervise daily operations in the workshop to ensure timely and quality service
- Coordinate and guide technicians in executing repair and maintenance work
- Monitor work schedules, service progress, and ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Handle customer complaints and ensure service resolutions meet company standards
- Report operational performance, downtime, and improvement opportunities to Service Manager
