Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Manage content creation and publication for Virtudoc’s regular and brand initiatives.
  • Handle onboarding for content contributors and collaborators.
  • Oversee content mapping, monitoring, and planning for D2D or DKonsul platform.
  • Edit and enhance video content to meet brand guidelines and publishing standards.
  • Develop content plans, set publication timelines, and ensure schedules are maintained.
  • Perform quality control for all video content before publication.
  • Identify and approach potential doctor influencers and macro-influencers with 500+ followers.
  • Maintain engagement and communication, including managing WhatsApp groups.
  • Create, manage, and optimize content plans for various social media platforms.
  • Foster audience engagement and enhance social media presence.

Syarat Pekerjaan

  • Proficient in using worksheets, social media dashboards, and analytics tools like Superset.
  • Experienced in video editing and managing social media content.
  • Skilled at leveraging social media platforms to drive engagement and growth.
  • Friendly and effective communicator, especially with medical professionals.
  • Quick to adapt to new environments and dynamic situations.
  • Responsive and efficient in handling fast-paced tasks.
  • Experience in working with healthcare professionals is an advantage.
  • Proven success in managing influencer collaborations and community engagement.
  • Willing to do a freelance contract for 3-months, and do WFO 2x per week at Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan
