- Lead and execute HR-related projects such as business process mapping, organizational design, and process optimization.
- Conduct desk-research and benchmark to define the most business fit organisation design and business process for the company.
- Develop and execute the end-to-end practical talent management framework.
- Collaborate with HR teams and key stakeholders to align projects with business objectives.
- Create reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate HR project outcomes effectively.
- Support other HR initiatives as needed.
