About this Position

We’re looking for a Freelance Producer to manage photo and video productions from idea to execution, ensuring smooth workflows, strong quality control production, and on-time delivery. You’ll collaborate with creative teams, photographers, and videographers while keeping all outputs aligned with project briefs and brand guidelines.

Job Description

• Develop production-ready creative ideas aligned with brand guidelines (especially food-content).
• Manage end-to-end photo and video production workflows.
• Lead and collaborate with internal teams, photographers, and videographers.
• Conduct quality control on production, final edits, and post-production to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Manage schedules, locations, and basic production logistics.
• Communicate ideas clearly and incorporate feedback into revisions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time with high production standards.
• Handle production reimbursements and monthly reporting to finance.

• Minimum Qualifications: 1–2 years of recent experience in creative production or project management.
• Experience managing photoshoots and videoshoots.
• Background in a production house or creative agency.
• Familiar with studio production workflows and on-set logistics (including food arrangements).
• Proficient in Google Slides, Docs, Spreadsheets, and CapCut.
• Structured, detail-oriented, proactive, and deadline-driven.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
