Frontend Developer (Mobile) - Intern

Our company is on a mission to create a groundbreaking platform that empowers small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to effortlessly expand their businesses globally, as outlined in our mission statement, "Create a platform that takes SMEs global effortlessly."

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to design and implement features for mobile applications using React Native.
• Implement responsive design to ensure applications work across various devices.
• Troubleshoot and debug to optimise performance.
• Integrate third-party libraries and APIs to enhance app functionality.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in mobile development.

Technical Skills:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with no ongoing classes at the moment
• Graduate from Bangkit Academy is preferred
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS
• Experience with debugging tools like Expo or React Native Debugger (optional, but a plus)
• Understanding of responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries used in mobile development

Soft Skills:

• Problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
• Passion for mobile development and a desire to learn from experienced developers.
• Be open to feedback and willing to learn from experienced developers.

Additional Preferences (may vary):

• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest)
• Basic understanding of Android and iOS development concepts
