We are seeking a detail-oriented & innovative Tobacco Engineer to join our team and lead the development of cutting-edge plant extraction technologies, driving product innovation and excellence.

• Develop and extract plant-based raw materials, determine research directions based on market trends, and establish technical development pathways.
• Conduct testing for new raw materials, formulations, and product application effectiveness.
• Optimize extraction processes, set quality standards, and validate stability of raw materials.
• Upgrade existing technologies to improve product quality. stability, and reduce production costs.
• Collect, analyze, and evaluate research data to identify appropriate technical solutions.
• Maintain accurate experimental data and ensure the authenticity and feasibility of laboratory work.
• Perform routine maintenance of laboratory instruments to ensure smooth operations.

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Tobacco, Fragrance, Chemistry, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in tobacco or e-cigarette flavor formulation.
• Strong blending and sensory analysis skills with solid aroma evaluation expertise.
• High level of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and ability to work under pressure.
