What You'll Do
- Learn to design and build scalable outcome-oriented AI automations for global clients.
- Build both frontend and backend components that work seamlessly together
- Analyze complex requirements and architect efficient technical solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects
- Take ownership of features from concept through deployment and maintenance
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance across the full stack
What We're Looking For
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities - You approach challenges methodically and can break down complex problems into manageable solutions
- Excellent English communication (both written and verbal) - You can clearly explain technical concepts, write comprehensive documentation, and collaborate effectively with team members
- Outcome-oriented mindset - You focus on delivering results that matter and take pride in seeing projects through to successful completion
- Self-motivated and independent - You can work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and drive projects forward without constant supervision
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js for backend development
- Development experience with Python, Laravel or React (or similar frameworks) considered advantageous
- Understanding of databases (both SQL and NoSQL)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git)
- Experience with cloud platforms and deployment processes
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of software architecture patterns
- Previous experience in agile development environments
- Experience with automation platforms like make.com and n8n (or native LangChain)
- Familiarity with AWS infrastructure
- Competence with RAG techniques, knowledge graphs, vectorization
