What You Will Be Doing

• Transform concepts into reality by shepherding features from initial idea to production deployment—clarifying requirements, architecting solutions, coding both frontend and backend components, implementing thorough testing, and delivering to users
• Become a technical detective who doesn't just patch symptoms but identifies and resolves root causes of bugs, while implementing smart testing strategies to prevent future issues
• Serve as a guardian of code excellence through thoughtful review of technical plans and pull requests, ensuring simplicity, clarity, and maintainability before code enters the codebase

• Self-sufficient problem-solving abilities: capable of overcoming obstacles independently, managing your workflow effectively, and navigating uncertainty with confidence

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
