Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Banfung for a Sales & Marketing position at JAVASEA Bandung. The responsibilities include managing sales activities, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing training and support to sales staff, and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. The role also involves customer service tasks to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in the relevant field
• Personal Identification is a must (KTP)
• High mobility - Owns personal transportation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in sales and sales management
• Experience in providing training and support to sales staff
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proven track record in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
