GA Supervisor

Job Description:

• Evaluate, analyze, and make procedures and regulations in accordance with company goals.
• Monitor and plan communication & coordination lines in receiving all services, requests, repairs, employee needs, damage and facilities that come from employees effectively and efficiently.
• Planning, budgeting, and monitoring infrastructure activities that are currently operating to comply with applicable standard operating procedures.
• Directing and monitor all procurement and all office equipment.
• Monitoring all service management, fulfilling various tasks in various areas, and planning all tenant rental activities, parking arrangements, mess services, transport services, maintenance, and GYS environmental cleanliness.
• Monitor all GYS Security supervisory activities to comply with available procedures and operate effectively.
• Plan cost effectiveness and looking for new ways/tools/assets to improve productivity and cut costs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from any major
• Experience in GA field and handling project minimum 10 years from manufacturing company
• Experience of interpreting strategy and policy to set and deliver objectives within medium to long time frames
• Proven track record and achievements in the field of GA
• Proficiency using Ms. Office (Word, Excel)
• Hardworking, able to work under pressure, and good communication
• Willing to work in Cikarang Barat, Kab. Bekasi
