Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a smooth work environment.
  • Keep the office in optimal condition by arranging maintenance, repairs, and renovations as needed.
  • Arrange travel logistics, including transportation and accommodation, for employees on business trips.
  • Ensure security protocols and safety measures are followed to protect employees, visitors, and company assets.
  • Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and gatherings.
  • Maintain and manage company records, documents, and files in an organized manner.
  • Assist in managing office-related expenses and budgeting.
  • Support in the implementation of operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and timely execution of tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall office and operational functions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position (General Affairs, Office Administration, or Operations).
  • Experienced in coordinating with Security and Office Boy
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
  • Initiative-taking, responsive, and responsible in handling tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills to interact with vendors, partners, and colleagues.
  • Willingness to work on-site at the Head Office in Bandung.
