  • General Affairs ensures seamless operations and events by managing logistics
  • Verifying equipment functionality
  • Identifying vendors and cultivating vendor partnerships.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams.
  • Arrange logistics (transportation, accommodations, etc.).
  • Provide equipment and supplies.
  • Prepare financial and operational reports.
  • Return equipment and facilities.
  • Provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain documents and archives.

  • Minimum Qualifications: - A Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • At least 2 years of experience in General Affairs Event
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes
  • Capable of managing permits, procurement of goods, and company assets
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage documents
  • Ability to drive (preferably with a valid SIM A driver’s license)
