Additional facilities include a retail space, health club, and DIY laundry, delivering comfort and value in a vibrant, fast-growing city.

We’re looking for an agile, strategic, and culturally savvy General Manager to lead the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Banjarmasin, a smart and modern hotel at the heart of South Kalimantan. With a focus on delivering hassle-free stays and consistent quality, this is an opportunity to shape a guest-first, purpose-driven culture in a fast-growing market.

This role is a unique opportunity to strengthen a strategic partnership with one of IHG’s key owners — a collaboration that spans three properties across Bali and Banjarmasin. The hotel also forms part of an innovative cluster operations model, showcasing talent development, shared back-of-house efficiencies, and cross-brand synergies.
