Requirement

• Pendidikan min S2 jurusan Teknik Sipil / Magister Management
• Maximum 45 years old
• Have a minimum of 5 years experience as General Manager Operations in construction 4. Memiliki SKK Utama Manajemen Konstruksi/ SKK Ahli Utama Teknik Jalan dan Jembatan
• Strong knowledge of SOP development and implementation.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in handling Operational Management.
• Have a good presentation skills.
• Excellent at Ms. Office (Ms.excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point)

General Manager Marketing

Requirement :

• Candidates posses at least Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). • Have a minimum of 5 years experience as General Manager Marketing in construction.
• Experience in leading branding and marketing, especially overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing strategies.
• Capable on Branding, Revenue Performance, and Digital Marketing.
• Excellent leadership abilities to build and manage branding team.
• Strong communication, networking and Negotiation skills and experience managing vendor and agency relationships.
• Have a good presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent at Ms. Office (Ms.excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point)
