Do you have a track record in delivering content to investors? Are you a target driven individual? Are you service oriented? We're looking for a Corporate Access/Salesperson to:- take ownership of client relationships and drive strong commercial outcomes
- set a high standard for providing advisory sales service and content, collaborating with research and sales trading
- generate alpha for clients through stock ideas and differentiated insights; provide sales coverage for institutional clients primarily focused on institutional equities
- facilitate meetings between investors and corporates
- create corporate roadshow schedules for corporates travelling overseas meeting with institutional investors
- partner with the regional corporate access team to stage investor conferences, including investor roadshow schedules with clients and industry experts amongst others in Indonesia
- assist in organising investor and corporate events, including conferences, investor forums, investor calls
- support the Indonesia Global Markets business for any administrative needs and/or servicing clients/corporates
- build strong relationships with corporates, industry experts and clients
- manage the schedules for UBS analysts marketing into Indonesia, and Indonesian UBS analysts marketing overseas including booking flights, accommodation and all other logistics requirements for travel, investor meetings
- ensuring all cross border requirements are met when staff are travelling overseas to meet investors
- utilise the inhouse technology platform to manage analyst, investor and corporate schedules
- effectively manage accounts/client relationships by optimizing resources and maximizing client rankings
Your team
You’ll be joining a strong franchise working in the Indonesian equities team in Jakarta. We provide a full range of services for institutional equities clients with global access to primary and secondary markets. As a Salesperson and Corporate Access member, you’ll play a vital role in making sure we help clients manage their investments effectively. We are always exploring new and innovative ways of exceeding our client’s expectations. Our team, which is part of the Distribution franchise, is responsible for managing all interactions between institutional investors and corporate issuers, analysts, experts and other key stakeholders. These interactions occur at our franchise conferences, non-deal roadshows, field trips, bespoke events and other unique opportunities. The team is critical to the success of our overall Global Markets franchise and we contentiously challenge ourselves to exceed our clients' expectationsYour expertise
- ideally 5 years of experience working in content distribution
- solutions driven individual who is assertive and driven to exceed the status quo
- strong communicator and ability to build new relationships
- solid knowledge of financial markets
- adept communicator and collaborator, able to adapt style to audience
- curiosity to continue learning about the economy, markets, companies
- driven, with ability to thrive in a high-paced environment with a consistently professional manner
- fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia to support local client base
- preferably multiple years of experience managing stakeholder relationships in corporate access
- ability to manage uncertainty and complex processes
- strong analytical ability and high level of individual initiative
