Our Marketing teams conceptualise and implement go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. • Develop engaging design assets supporting campaigns, evergreen products, and messaging across channels and platforms.
• Work on various projects, including promotional campaigns, app banners, landing pages, print materials, etc.
• Work closely with the PIC marketing campaign team in executing visual creative briefs to align designs with business objectives.
• Maintain consistency with ShopeePay’s brand identity while delivering innovative and creative designs.
• Deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all projects are completed within deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and prioritizing tasks effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in e-commerce, or creative agency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Knowledge of Figma, or similar design tools is a bonus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and visual crafting. Ability to design for various platforms/media (mobile, web, print,etc).
• High attention to detail and design aesthetics.
• Able to work with a wide range of media.
• Able to translate design briefs into a visual outcome.
