About the role Reel Unlimited is looking for talented and motivated Graphic Designers to join our team as full-time employees. This position offers a competitive salary while creating stunning visual designs for our clients.

Location: Indonesia (remote work)

Salary Range: IDR 10M to 15M per month

Working Hours: 2 PM to 11 PM WIB (Western Indonesia Time) or 3 PM to 12 AM WIB

Your Responsibilities Will Include The Following

• Design visually appealing and effective branding materials, presentations, and packaging designs that align with clients' goals and target audiences.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand the design requirements and create designs that effectively communicate the brand's message.
• Utilize your strong knowledge of branding, visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory to create impactful designs.
• Coordinate and collaborate effectively with project managers, clients, and colleagues to deliver high-quality graphic designs.
• Produce drafts and make revisions based on the feedback received.
• Deliver 3-5 projects per day with a usual turnaround time of 24 hours.
  
  

Work Environment

• Full-time position with specified working hours
• Remote work with occasional team meetings and client interactions via video conferencing
• Access to our project management dashboard and private Slack channel for communication and collaboration with clients and team members
  
  

The Minimum Requirements For This Position Include The Following

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, presentations, and packaging designs.
• Proficient in design tools, especially Figma and Canva (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of branding, visual communication, and design principles.
• Excellent skills in creating presentations and packaging designs that stand out.
• Fluent in English (mandatory) - both written and verbal communication.
• Ability to consistently meet 24-hour project turnarounds.
• Capacity to handle 3-5 projects per day.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and design skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and client-handling experience.
• Team player with a sense of humor.
