Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Design One-Page Documents: Create clear, visually appealing documents for internal and external communication.
• Develop Catalogs: Design compelling product catalogs that showcase our seafood offerings and unique packaging designs.
• Packaging Conceptualization: Design eye-catching and functional packaging that resonates with consumers and aligns with our brand identity.
• Social Media Design: Create engaging graphics for social media campaigns, ensuring quick turnaround and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Marketing Collateral: Design brochures, promotional materials, and digital assets for both online and print use.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and develop the visual identity of Haven Foods across all platforms and materials.
• Creative Idea Generation: Constantly brainstorm fresh design ideas that keep us ahead of the curve in the seafood industry.
• Consumer-Centric Design: Understand consumer preferences and design packaging and marketing materials that resonate with them.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and other relevant design software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles, with a focus on packaging and branding.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for good design.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality.
• Excellent at conceptualizing and developing packaging that appeals to consumer preferences.
• Experience in social media design, with the ability to turn projects around quickly.
• Independent worker with the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
• Strong communication skills in English preferred, but exceptional design skills may outweigh language proficiency.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus but not required.
