FABA Tech is seeking a Creative Engineer who thrives at the intersection of design, mechanics, and electronics. You’ll be building interactive machines and kinetic installations that blend form and function — from concept to prototype to reality.

Success in this role means bringing bold ideas to life, solving mechanical/electrical challenges hands-on, and collaborating with a cross-functional team to deliver mechanisms that make people say “Wow.”

This role is core to FABA Tech’s mission of delivering eye-catching, functional experiences in the F&B, hospitality, and commercial sectors.

• Design, prototype, and test interactive mechanisms using microcontrollers (e.g., Arduino, ESP32)
• Develop 3D models and technical drawings for mechanical parts
• Work closely with electrical and mechanical engineers to build functional installations
• Rapidly iterate ideas through sketching, modeling, and hands-on prototyping
• Evaluate feasibility and material choices for moving mechanisms
• Document and communicate design rationale clearly to internal teams

• Experience using Arduino, or similar microcontroller platforms
• Proficient in 3D CAD software (e.g., Fusion360, SolidWorks, Rhino)
• Understanding of basic mechanics (gears, linkages, motion systems)
• Hands-on experience with prototyping (3D printing, laser cutting, soldering, etc.)
• Strong creative problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork ability
• No strict degree requirement — we value portfolio and initiative
