Grid Technology Quality Manager (High Voltage Substation Project)

As a QA/QC officer, you are the representative of all projects in Siemens Energy Grid Technologies – Grid Solution. Has the responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system. Ensure the quality of the site installations is consistent with the company’s policy requirements together with national and international standards and the customers specifications. Additional responsibilities :

• Supplier Quality Management: Work with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
• Customer Feedback: Analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify quality issues and implement improvements.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
  
  
  

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Develop and Implement QA Processes: Design and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure products meet required standards.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of QA processes, test results, and quality metrics.
• Training: Train staff on quality assurance standards and procedures.
• Audits: Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the QA process and implement corrective actions.
• Inspection and Testing: Perform inspections and tests on products at various stages of the production process to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Defect Identification: Identify and document defects or deviations from specifications.
• Corrective Actions: Work with production teams to implement corrective actions for identified defects.
• Reporting: Prepare and present quality control reports to management.
• Compliance: Ensure products comply with all relevant regulations and standards.
  
  
  

What You Bring

• A bachelor's degree in a related field such as Electrical engineering, quality management, or a scientific discipline.
• Previous experience in a QA/QC role, preferably in the same industry. Preferably between 7-10 Years of experiences in Substation High Voltage industry.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to identify defects and ensure compliance with standards.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess quality data and identify trends or areas for improvement.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively report findings and collaborate with other departments.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with quality management software and tools.
