As a Group Business Manager at B. Braun, you will play a vital role in coordination with product management and close cooperation with KAM and sales management team, responsible for the execution of all marketing related strategy, objectives and activities, to achieve sales targets, increasing profitability, implement process and strategy in area responsibility effectively, balancing the demands of multiple internal and external customers while achieving a high ROI on sales resource.

B. Braun in Indonesia began in the 1980s through a local distributor, bringing with it over 30 years of experience in the Indonesian market. Committed to staying at the forefront, B. Braun Indonesia established a new pharmaceutical factory in 2017. This expansion led to the formation of two legal entities: PT B. Braun Medical Indonesia and PT B. Braun Pharmaceutical Indonesia.

As a Group Business Manager at B. Braun, you will play a vital role in coordination with product management and close cooperation with KAM and sales management team, responsible for the execution of all marketing related strategy, objectives and activities, to achieve sales targets, increasing profitability, implement process and strategy in area responsibility effectively, balancing the demands of multiple internal and external customers while achieving a high ROI on sales resource.
Your key responsibilities:
- Execute marketing strategy including product launch
- Responsible for individual sales achievement, maintain and increase business growth and contribute to the company's performance
- Actively influence the identification/development of new product opportunities, based on market's needs in the area of responsibility
- Ensure that marketing operations are carried out with the highest level of ethics, in line with company policies, industrial code and local law regulations
- Responsible for setting performance management objectives and implementation of Business Executives/Business Managers based on department targets
- University Degree or Master Degree in Natural Science, Marketing or Business
- 8 years of experience in Medical Devices, with at least 3 years of experience within sales
- At least 3 years of leadership experiences
- Strong presentation skills, capable of summarizing and communicating key information
- Excellent project and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Strong analytic and strategic skills.
