Position: Special Education Teacher (or Behavior Therapist)

About Us:

Blubridge Center is dedicated to creating a nurturing and empowering environment for children with developmental disabilities. We provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) / Verbal Behavior Therapy, which have been widely researched and proven scientifically to be effective in helping children reach their full potential. Our mission is to help these children thrive and effectively participate in the community. With the upcoming launch of our third center in Surabaya, we are also excited to expand our services across Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver 30-35 hours of 1-on-1 therapy sessions weekly.
• Accurately collect and organize client data and documentation.
• Collaborate with supervisors and parents to discuss client progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in psychology, education, or a related field.
• Preferably, 6 months of experience working with children, especially those with special needs.
• Energetic, compassionate, and dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children and families.
• Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
