What You'll Do

As the Head of Corporate Finance, your role will be pivotal in shaping the financial future of our client's organisation. You will be responsible for developing corporate finance strategies that align with their growth objectives while managing their capital structure for optimal funding. Your expertise in capital raising initiatives will be crucial as you build relationships with investors and stakeholders. Additionally, your keen eye for detail will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. • Develop and implement corporate finance strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
• Analyze and manage the company's capital structure to ensure optimal funding and liquidity levels.

• Lead capital-raising initiatives, including equity, debt, and hybrid financing.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate for the Head of Corporate Finance position brings a wealth of experience in corporate finance or investment banking roles. With at least 10 years of experience under your belt, including 5 years in leadership roles, you have proven your ability in capital raising, M&A transactions, and financial strategy within the fintech or financial services sector. Your exceptional financial modelling skills are matched by your strong negotiation abilities. You're known for your excellent communication skills which enable you to articulate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
