Your working environment

Each Resort has several restaurants and bars, both event-oriented and more intimate, serving our Premium All Inclusive offer. These spaces allow guests to reconnect with each other, and set the pace for every highlight of the day. From the buffet to the bistronomic restaurant, from the theme bar to the tasting cellar, you'll find yourself in a multi-faceted environment. Our refined offering is built around 5 pillars: creating memorable experiences, surprising with a multitude of conceptual catering spaces, working towards the well-being of everyone (including your own), playing on the emotions and senses through staging, all in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.

You will

• oversee the organization of service and team management before, during and after the opening of the resort's various restaurant(s) for buffets of 600 to 1000 covers per service
• Manage a team of 10 to 20 dishwashing staff
• Ensure equipment maintenance (light and heavy dishwashing)
• Ensure compliance with Club Med health and safety rules, as well as the upkeep of the resort's property.
