We are looking for a seasoned financial strategist with exceptional analytical skills and a proven track record of success to join our team as a Head of Accounting.

Job Descriptions:

• Setup systems for accounting, budgeting, purchasing, inventory, and taxation
• Train, manage, and lead a team of accountants
• Prepare end-of-month cost reports
• Prepare quarterly PNL Statements
• Prepare Annual Financial Report
• Coordinate with independent auditors
• Prepare and manage budgets for various departments
• Prepare Forecast reports
• Approve purchases and controlling expenses
• Supervise daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reconciliation and stock verification
• Evaluating profitability, efficiency, processes, and team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economy, or related field
• Min. 8 years of experience in general accounting
• Has a good understanding on Accounting, Tax Principles, GL Function, and Accounting Software
• Proficient in operating Microsoft Office
• Has a high sense of responsibility and detail oriented
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Able to communicate in English as needed
• Willing to be positioned in BSB City, Semarang
• Preferably residing in Semarang
