As the Head of Accounting, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's accounting operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and internal audits. This position requires in-depth expertise in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations while managing the accounting team to achieve the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all accounting processes within the company, including bookkeeping, cash management, and the preparation of financial statements.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial compliance requirements.
• Manage and coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure effective financial controls and compliance with regulations.
• Analyze financial reports to provide insights that support strategic decision-making within the company.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to achieve company goals and ensure optimal team performance.
• Identify and manage financial risks, developing strategies to mitigate risks associated with financial reporting and accounting operations.
• Ensure the efficient use of accounting software and ERP systems to support accurate and timely accounting processes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Male/Female, maximum age of 40 years.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent (professional certifications such as CPA, CA are preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial position, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• In-depth understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting, and auditing.
• Experience with internal and external audits and compliance with accounting and financial regulations.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing an accounting team.
• Familiarity with accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to conduct in-depth financial analysis.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
