Our client is a major national bank in Indonesia.

About The Role

Our client is looking for a successful and experienced Head of Corporate Banking, who has experienced managing large portfolios within industries such as Consumer Goods and Oil & Gas / Mining, to drive and lead large-scale corporate banking initiatives, manage high-value assets, and drive business growth across appointed industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a dynamic team of corporate banking professionals, driving high performance in delivering tailored banking solutions.
  • Oversee and manage a large portfolio of corporate assets exceeding trillions of Rupiah, ensuring risk management and profitability across diverse sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across industries, particularly in Consumer Goods, Oil & Gas, or Mining.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the bank's presence within the corporate banking space, securing long-term partnerships with high-value clients.
  • Provide expert financial guidance and support to clients, particularly in areas such as financial restructuring, risk management, and capital management (hands-on).
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including risk management, legal, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of banking services.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory changes, adapting strategies to ensure compliance and competitiveness.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Senior Leadership Role in Banking (10+ years), prior experience and expertise in corporate banking specifically.
  • Proven leadership experience in corporate banking, with a strong track record of managing large teams and overseeing a portfolio of corporate assets valued at over IDR 20 trillion.
  • Excellent network in any of the following industries: Consumer Goods, Oil & Gas, or Mining.
  • Strong financial acumen and expertise in financial restructuring, capital management, and complex corporate finance solutions.
  • A visionary leader with the ability to drive growth, foster innovation, and cultivate strong relationships with high-value clients.
  • Business acumen and financial insight with a hands-on approach to managing financial portfolios and restructuring efforts.
