With a strong foothold in the Indonesian e-commerce market and a growing presence in physical stores across major cities, it aims to expand its reach from a local to a global brand.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the finance, accounting, and tax teams, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
• Drive fundraising efforts and manage investor relations, ensuring Brand Product is well-positioned to secure the capital required for growth.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the rapid scale-up of our retail operations.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and analysis, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial health.
• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture within the finance and accounting teams.
• Act as a key advisor to the executive team on financial matters.

Job Requirements

• Extensive experience in finance within the retail sector (min.10 years), ideally within scale-up businesses.
• Experience in Inventory Financing / Inventory Loan
• Experience in Corporate Finance or Investor Relations
• Have background in Retail /FMCG will be great
• Proven experience in fundraising and managing investor relations, particularly in high-growth environments.
• Strong social skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and other stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of accounting principles, tax compliance, and financial regulations, especially within the Indonesian market.
• High level of agility and resilience, with a deep understanding of the dynamics characteristic of the retail industry and scale-up company.
• Strong Leadership with the ability to build and nurture high-performance teams.
