As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial health of the company, ensuring effective financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. You will lead the finance team, develop financial policies, and provide strategic insights to support the company's long-term growth and stability. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with financial regulations and tax laws, as well as maintaining robust internal controls to safeguard the company's assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning to ensure sustainable growth and financial stability.
• Develop and implement financial policies and strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and manage tax planning and reporting processes.
• Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring strong financial controls and adherence to regulations.
• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights to the management team for decision-making and improving financial health.
• Identify and manage financial risks, implementing effective controls and strategies to mitigate them.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance performance and ensure the achievement of company goals.
  
  

Qualifications

• Male/Female, maximum age 40 years.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA/CFA certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor a finance team effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High integrity and attention to detail.
