PT Integrity Indonesia is on the lookout for a seasoned Head of HRGA, a role pivotal in sculpting our HR framework and leading our HR and GA teams. This position is not just about managing tasks about steering the company's HR strategy to align with our ambitious goals. Based in Jakarta, the role spans across Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand, demanding a keen eye for talent, a knack for automation, and a commitment to fostering a productive workplace culture.

What you’ll do:
- HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies that resonate with our company objectives. This means knowing the ins and outs of the HR landscape and using that knowledge to our advantage.
- Lead and Mentor: You'll be the captain of the HR team, responsible for guiding, motivating, and pushing the team towards excellence.
- Innovate through Technology: Spearhead projects to digitalize HR processes, making them more efficient and less tedious.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Play a key role in attracting and integrating top-tier talent into our company culture.
- Talent Management: Keep an eye on the future by identifying and nurturing individuals who can drive the company forward.
- Compensation and Benefits: Craft compensation structures and benefits packages that are competitive yet sustainable.
- Performance Management: Overhaul traditional assessment methods to foster a culture of growth and achievement.
- Learning and Development: Identify gaps in skills and knowledge, and address them through targeted training initiatives.
- Employee Relations: Be the bridge between the company and its employees, ensuring a harmonious work environment.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure all HR activities are in line with local employment laws and regulations.

Who We Need:
- Someone with at least 5 years of HR leadership experience, ideally in a multinational company within the service sector.
- A bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is required, post-graduate training is a plus.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills are non-negotiable.
- Proficiency in HRIS technologies, payroll, and Indonesian employment laws is expected.
- We value proactivity, adaptability, and a solid problem-solving approach.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
