Job Descriptions:
- Develop and implement long-term strategies for the join blended development project, including product sourcing, supply chain optimization, and overall project scalability
- Identify and prioritize market opportunities to drive innovation and competitiveness in blended development
- Act as the primary decision-maker for cross-functional collaboration, aligning marketing, sales, and operations efforts
- Drive key partnerships with clients, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure the project meets its business objectives and quality standards
- Monitor and ensure the achievement of revenue, cost-saving targets, and efficiency targets
- Identify potential risks in the project lifecycle and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement to enhance product quality and operational efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree required (any major); business, marketing, or design preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in product, brand, or business execution roles
- Proven experience launching products end-to-end
- Hands-on leadership of cross-functional projects or small teams
- Deep understanding of marketplace execution (such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, WhatsApp Biz),
- Deep understanding of basic costing, pricing logic, COGM, supplier negotiation, and compliance processes (BPOM, sharia)
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong partnerships
