Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including revenue targets, market share growth, and customer acquisition goals.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team, providing guidance, support, and mentor-ship to drive individual and team success.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Development, R&D, and Manufacturing teams to align sales and marketing efforts with product launch time-lines and objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic initiatives to expand our product portfolio and penetrate new markets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders, health care professionals, and key stakeholders to drive brand advocacy and market penetration.
  • Oversee the development of sales and marketing collateral, promotional materials, and digital content to support sales efforts and enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimise sales and marketing strategies.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement.


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 15 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of pharmaceutical sales processes, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in sales and marketing analytic, with the ability to leverage data insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Highly organised with strong project management abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
