We're Hiring: Head of Solution & Solution Consultant!

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Solution & Solution Consultant to join our training company. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of training solutions, client relationship management, and strategic planning to drive the success of our programs.

Role: Head of Solution & Solution Consultant

As a Learning Solution Architect, you’ll sit at the intersection of client strategy, learning design, and consulting delivery — transforming client challenges into tailored learning or organizational development programs that drive measurable impact.

You’ll collaborate closely with consultants, sales team, and delivery partners to co-create solutions that are not just engaging but business-relevant — designed to help organizations grow through their people.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct diagnostic conversations with clients to uncover business, leadership, and learning needs.
• Design end-to-end learning or consulting programs using Lumavira’s frameworks — from learning journeys and curriculum maps to evaluation metrics.
• Partner with senior consultants and project managers to ensure solutions are feasible, high-impact, and delivered with excellence.
• Prepare and present solution proposals that integrate content, methodology, and cost structures.
• Customize existing frameworks and programs to fit specific client contexts.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication flow between internal teams and clients.
• Analyze post-program results and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Business, or related field.
• 5–10 years’ experience in corporate training, consulting, or learning & development (either in-house or provider side).
• Hands-on experience in curriculum design, learning architecture, or consulting solutioning.
  
  

Core Skills

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate business challenges into learning frameworks.
• Excellent program design and proposal-writing capability.
• Confident communicator — able to deliver persuasive presentations to senior clients.
• Collaborative and agile mindset; comfortable working cross-functionally.
• Proficiency in digital tools (LMS, CRM, Notion, Trello, or similar).
• Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
