Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and executing optimal daily operations for purchasing, production, inventory, distribution, and sales.
  • Committed to safety procedures and ensuring daily safety issues are addressed.
  • Improving production, asset capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
  • Responsible for production output and post-production product quality.
  • Responsible for monitoring operations and triggering corrective actions.
  • Responsible for collecting and analyzing data to identify potential waste.
  • Handling employee issues or complaints and managing collective agreements.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest best practices and concepts in production management.
  • Continuous improvement in daily operations, resource management, maintaining safety standards, implementing quality control measures, and coordinating with other departments.
  • Monitoring and reporting covering operational, quality, safety, financial, resource, and environmental aspects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management or a related field.
  • Min. 2-3 years of warehouse management experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Ms Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
  • Basic understanding of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment).
  • Good communication and collaboration skill.
  • Placement in Bekasi.
