Key Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and monitor warehouse operations, identifying unsafe behavior or regulatory issues.
• Assess risks and potential hazards across all aspects of operations.
• Generate detailed safety data reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Inspect equipment and processes, ordering repairs as needed to maintain safety standards.
• Proactively manage equipment maintenance and conduct employee safety training.
• Present safety principles and protocols in staff meetings and training sessions.
• Continuously update knowledge of health and safety best practices.
• Ensure products meet safety standards for inbound and outbound logistics.
• Develop and implement safety improvement plans for infrastructure and operations.
• Investigate accidents, collaborate with law enforcement when required, and develop strategies to prevent future incidents.
• Monitor and report on staff compliance, offering commendations or corrective actions as necessary.
