Job Description
- Client Engagement: Lead and manage complex healthcare consulting engagements, including strategy development, operational improvement, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
- Thought Leadership: Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, publishing articles, speaking at industry events, and participating in industry forums.
- Financial Performance: Drive revenue growth and profitability for the healthcare consulting practice.
- Advanced degree in healthcare administration, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or a relevant industry role.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex healthcare projects.
- Deep understanding of healthcare industry trends, including digital health, value-based care, and population health management.
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, coupled with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Proven leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
