Helpdesk Staff (IT)

• Receive and record complaints and reports from customers
• Monitor, ensure, record and report up & down alarm status changes that occur in all Network Monitoring System application instruments
• Do first level troubleshooting
• Add and customize data attributes or "Device" information on the NMS

• Minimum Qualifications: - Min. SMK majoring TKJ (Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan)
• Fresh graduate are very welcome!
• Highly understanding about computer networks concept
• Willing to be placed in Bandung
• Willing to work in shift & national holiday
