This full-time position is based at Grha Unilever BSD/NSD Cikarang and reports directly to the Homecare Indonesia R&D Director. As part of the Indonesia scope, you will be instrumental in driving innovation and operational excellence that empower our brands to flourish.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to support innovation, product competitiveness, and sustainability projects.
- Monitor and secure project timelines to ensure all initiatives are delivered on schedule and in full.
- Align and implement R&D strategies to foster business growth.
- Develop bottom-up budgets to finance key initiatives.
- Manage resources and prioritize projects effectively.
- Mentor and develop talent to ensure future readiness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related science discipline.
- At least 10 years in a management role.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the FMCG sector.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Demonstrated agility and high performance.
- Growth mindset and Grit.
- Experience in Home Care FMCG is advantageous.
